[suPHP] suPHP and Oracle

Make sure you have LoadModule mod_suphp.so somewhere in your apache
config files, here's what mine looks like:
<IfModule !mod_suphp.c>
* LoadModule suphp_module modules/mod_suphp.so*
</IfModule>
