[suPHP] Error when upgrading suPHP

Hello everyone, i'm trying to upgrade suPHP from 0.6.1 to 0.6.2, but 
when i do i get this error:

    Script "/programs/UniversityBooth/Ubooth2002/tata.php" resolving to
    "/programs/UniversityBooth/Ubooth2002/tata.php" not within
    configured docroot


Any idea why? It works fine with 0.6.1. The file IS under DocRoot.
