[suPHP] I think a well known error

Hello,

I think this error is well known:

Script is not in document root

But I do not know how to resolve.
I use PHP4 on Debian 3.1.

It is a virtual root and the webApp is included to Apache2
via Alias.

Turning of suPHP Apache delivers the doc as is.
Disabeling the handler the WebServer returns the script
is not in the allowed path "xyz...".

So, how to configure using suPHP on the server.

I use a server from Strato (but it is not a shared one).
