[suPHP] SuPHP 0.6.1 bug

There seems to be a bug in the SuPHP 0.6.1 source code causing the
software to sigfault during abnormal exit before PHP gets spawn.

$ ./suphp
suPHP version 0.6.1
(c) 2002-2005 Sebastian Marsching

suPHP has to be called by mod_suphp to work.
